Our method of adjusting property claims has proven to have a very low percentage of call backs or complaints. This is mainly due to the fact that we adjust the majority of claims on-site with the policyholder and attempt to obtain an agreed scope and price at that time. The adjustment is reviewed with the policyholder with an estimate in hand, questions are answered, and the policyholder is left with a claim adjustment that is fully understood and agreed upon. This method not only is quality oriented, but efficient. Since most claims are adjusted on-site, a closed file can be realized that same day.
