Company History

ALLEN CLAIMS SERVICES, LLC was established by Mark Allen. Based in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, we strive to be the most efficient, quality independent provider of property claims and catastrophe services.

Prior to claims management, Mr. Allen has owned and operated his own custom victorian home building business. The knowledge of construction and business management has provided a substantial foundation for ALLEN CLAIMS SERVICES, LLC.

Mr. Allen entered the insurance industry as an adjuster for a national adjusting company and obtained education and experience in claims adjustment and management which includes residential and commercial losses, large losses and catastrophic events. Mr. Allen's career spans over 35 years.
