- Adhere to all company guidelines.
- Assist policyholders with personal consideration and take the time to explain their claim adjustment for their understanding.
- Contact policyholder within 24 hours of receipt of assignment.
- Adjust loss on-site with the policyholder, obtain agreed scope and price and provide a copy of our estimate to the policyholder during our initial inspection.
- Strive to achieve closed files within 5 days or less from the receipt of the assignment.
